Functional prototype validation remains the most costly phase in hardware development. Our rapid machining services overcome this through ISO-certified material traceability and production-grade surface treatments. The anodized aluminum CNC prototypes we produce withstand salt spray testing (ASTM B117) and thermal cycling (-40°C to 125°C), providing accurate performance data for automotive and industrial applications. A recent electric vehicle battery tray prototype project demonstrated 92% correlation between our CNC-machined aluminum housing and final die-cast production parts in vibration testing. This capability proves critical for OEMs needing to meet tightening IEC safety standards while compressing development timelines.
